Clevedon Pier - a celebration of England's finest pier

by Clive Minnitt

The book is a collection of fine-art images and anecdotes covering Clevedon Pier and it’s immediate environs. Located on the Severn estuary in North Somerset, Clevedon Pier is the last remaining Grade 1 listed Victorian pier in the country.

The pier's elegance and historical importance cannot be overstated. This, together with the combination of constantly changing light and tides, the geology of the adjacent bay and it's importance to many people, have inspired Clive to document and showcase them for posterity.

Clive has established a reputation as one of the leading photographers in the UK, specialising in the use of light and composition. More of his work can be seen on his website at www.minnitt.co.uk.
